These terms apply to ismailoyeleke.com, a personal portfolio run by Ismail Oyeleke from Lagos, Nigeria. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
It is a portfolio: a record of professional work, certifications and writing, and a way to get in touch. It is not a product, it sells nothing, and it takes no payment.
Content and ownership
- The text, design, photography and code of this site belong to me, except where something is credited to someone else.
- You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution. Republishing it wholesale, or presenting it as your own work, is not permitted.
- Client projects are described with the clients' agreement. Screenshots are redacted where they show customer data, and client configuration and code remain the clients' property.
- Certification names, badges and logos belong to the bodies that issue them. Every claim here links to the issuer so it can be checked independently.
- Source code published on my GitHub is covered by whatever licence that repository states, not by these terms.
Accuracy
I keep this site current and accurate to the best of my knowledge, but I give no warranty that everything is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Anything you rely on for a hiring or contracting decision is worth confirming with me directly.
Links to other sites
This site links to GitHub, YouTube, Medium, Credly, LinkedIn, client sites and certification issuers. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Contacting me
Messages sent through the contact form are read by me. Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people through it. Sending a message does not create a contract or a professional engagement; any work is agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe or disrupt the site or its hosting.
- Do not use the contact form for unsolicited marketing or automated submissions.
- Do not scrape the site to build a competing listing or a dataset.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from using it, or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
